There's a good tofu restaurant in Akasaka. It offers vegetarian options.

Called Tofu-ya you can find it from the Chiyoda line exit 2. Great for lunches. Tofu-ya, 3-5-2 Akasaka (Sanyo Akasaka Building, 1st Floor), Minato-ku; 3582-1028.

From the Akasaka-Mitsuke subway station, walk toward the Sanno Shita intersection; at the corner before the intersection make a right, then a left. The restaurant is on the left side of this narrow, no-name street. Open 11:30 A.M. to 1 P.M. and 5 to 11 P.M. Monday to Friday; closed weekends and holidays.
