Smokyo

I just went to the menkyo center with my license, filled out a bunch of forms, had an eye test and my photo taken and they issued me with a brand spanking new Japanese driving license. It took a morning to get but it's really handy.
I'm British by the way. I think American's need to take a test because they drive on the wrong (right?)side.
