Fuji Rock Festival. Here's the line-up for 2009 Festival which is at Naeba in Niigata on 24th, 25th and 26th July. Some familair faces are over. Franz Ferdinand, who are head-lining this year, Oasis who have been a few times before. Some new faces are making their first appearance at the festival; Lily Allen and Weezer.
